Please check your insurance coverage to find out of pocket costs such as co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles you may be responsible for. To do this, call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask a live person what your outpatient mental health or behavioral health co-pay, co-insurance or deductible is. Costs that are not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility. 

PRIVATE PAY

If you do not want to use insurance, you can pay for sessions through your credit card, cash, check or HSA (Health Savings Account). Please contact me for more information.
